My name is Kelly and I am a reflexologist and Solution Focused Hypnotherapist based in Barns Green, West Sussex, where I have my own private therapy room. I am a member of both the Association of Reflexology and AFSFH I am also fully insured for all the therapies I offer and am also enhanced DBS checked.
I am passionate about helping people and have seen first hand in the past how reflexology can help alleviate stress and promote relaxation, amongst other benefits. As a conscientious and caring individual, I have found that helping people relax and destress through receiving complementary therapies is so rewarding. Furthermore, I get so much satisfaction from seeing clients relax and benefit from the therapies that I offer that it does not feel like a job to me, it is a passion.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy
As someone who has struggled with anxiety in the past, especially health anxiety, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy has helped me massively and it has enabled me to move forward in a way I thought would never be possible. It has been so beneficial for me and I want to share this with others and to be able to help them move forward too. I have also done a level 2 course I counselling, and these skills have also proven to be valuable within my practice.
A little bit about me away from my therapy room
I am originally from Pembrokeshire, West Wales but am now based in Barns Green, West Sussex, where I live with my husband and slightly eccentric but ever so loveable tuxedo rescue cat, Meely. I worked in a busy call centre environment for many years as a Resource Planning Analyst and in 2015 I started to train in complementary therapies and never looked back.
I love spending time walking in the countryside and I also am a bit of a bookworm. Last year I read over 100 books, including many non-fiction, health, reflexology, self-development which have all contributed towards my personal and professional development, which I see as a continuous journey. I also love a cheesy romance book as well and a cosy crime series. I also volunteer with the village Brownie Group, which is a lot of fun and very rewarding.
2025 marks the 25th anniversary of my kidney transplant. I lovingly call my kidney Sidney and Sidney is doing very well. I am forever grateful to my donor and her family.
